Cosmetic Safety Assessment Service/Certification/CPSR
 
You must have a valid safety assessment (CPSR) to sell your cosmetics within the UK. It certifies that the product is suitable for use and complies with the U.K. cosmetic regulations. 
 
Soap School can provide contact details for a number of Assessors who can provide Safety Assessments (CPSR).
